I have always been attracted to bright colours, loved painting and making up little stories.  I found my illustration style while I was studying painting.  I started making little cartoon stories inspired by memories and children I baby sat.  In 2005 ‘Look no hands’ was my first solo exhibition of paintings about a neighbourhood of funny children and their pets.  Katie is the character most like myself, once she ran around the caravan park so fast she ran into the wrong caravan.  I have been exhibiting constantly ever since and I delight in hearing kids giggle at my art or say "I have done that".
